SELF-CARE IS NOT SELFISH.

How do you practice self-care?

Self care is the act of honouring yourself. It relieves stress by giving yourself a buffer by helping you protect yourself physically mentally and spiritually. When you honour yourself, you empower yourself, and that reduces your stress.

Basic needs what you want to understand, but I can give you some suggestions on how you can prioritize self-care in your daily life.

Schedule regular “me time” into your day. This could be as simple as setting aside 15 minutes each day for yourself to relax and unwind or taking an hour each week to pursue a hobby you enjoy. You should not be available and make yourself more busy .Make sleep a priority. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night, and create a bedtime routine that helps you wind down before you go to sleep. This might include reading, meditating, or listening to relaxing music.

And you have to do physical activity, which is important for both your physical and mental well-being. Make time each day for exercise, whether that’s a brisk walk, a yoga class, or a gym session.

Eat a balanced diet. Eating a healthy diet can help you feel energized and improve your mood. Try to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and intake of processed foods and sugary drinks. Connect with others who share your interests. Find ways to manage stress. Stress can take a toll on our physical and mental health. It’s important to find ways to manage stress in your daily life, whether that’s through exercise, relaxation techniques like deep breathing, or talking to a therapist. Set boundaries. Learn to say no to things that don’t align with your priorities and make sure to have time to recharge and relax. and when you should start this thing, you don’t have time to think about others .

Because always keep your mind no one can answer our life our life we can take care more responsibility at the same time doesn’t think about others ……..because no one can prefect in the world ……if we want change not try to change others try to change ourself.
