THE ART OF PUBLIC SPEAKING: Commanding the stage.

Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech?

Stage fear…yeah a fear that restricts someone from expressing his/her views behind the big audience

I think I can give a better reply to this question because I have faced the same fear thousands of times in my life. I want to motivate or tell about how to overcome this fear with my own experiences

Starting from the middle class I got a chance to stand in front of almost 500 students and i have to deliver my thought that time what was the condition of me I can’t tell you in words due to this fear I can’t able to speak more than two or three lines. I came back to my friends, and all were laughing at me. That day, I decided that again, I would never ever go on stage

But as usual, life does not walk with our thinking. Same condition happen with me , I was topper and monitor of my class so in the annual function nobody agree to anchoring on stage from 10th class then due to huge request of my classmates I have to go for anchoring without any preparation that day was also my one of the bad day of my life but I got a little confidence.

After the one year gap I was also selected for the anchoring in class 12th that time I had experience of last two time so with a little much nervousness I went on stage and give my best but that time also unfortunate era continued. I was really, really upset with all these three time experiences again. I decided that I would not perform any more

But the main miracle happened in my first year(present)of college

In the first month of this year my friend(Jackie) forcely took me in the competition of debate in the college I was completely sure that I will not perform and after watching all the big Debators of college my confidence was in the land but I have to go because that day perhaps “principle” want to give me something.

The topic was Is social media helpful for students?

I spoke in front of top Debators, but one thing in my mind was that before this, I had three times. bad experience this time, and I took it as my strength, not as my weakness, and fortunately, l won 3rd prize

I was totally surprised.. totally means totally. A cash prize of 500 was given to me with one trophy, and one more happiest moment was that it was block level competition, and I was selected for the district level competition

I was very happy that day I took “Prize” for God and went to the church after that went to home happiness was seen in the eyes of everyone.

That day was the last day for my stage fear, after that I didn’t come back, Step by step I won 2nd in whole district and selected for the state level debate competition I had to went by train for the state level competition and I am lucky that my parents didn’t say anything for the lonely trip. That day was also on the train. I was a little nervous, but with the following things, I got my confidence back:

. Learn from the bad experience of your life, take them as the weapon, not as your weakness
. This time, u have to be in 100% positive thinking because if u are positive, then everyone is interested in listening to you
.And u have to be a little clever for the good performance on stage because due to cleverness, u have some power that ur views will straight struck to the mind of the audience
.After the complete preparation, u should go on the stage
.Before starting ur presentation, one time u have to decide in your mind that today I will kill.. today is my life’s biggest achievement, and I will give my best for it
.Don’t be hyper and overexcited during the presentation it will lead to negative marking for ur performance
.And at last I want to say that always think inside you that “God is on your side” your will make it ……

After following these steps, you will listen only to the clapping of the audience. That will be the most gorgeous day in your life.

         FITNESS FOR LIFE.

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

I enjoy several types of workouts (physical activities) depending upon my mood:

Zumba and dance: It’s fun to shed calories and dance off the inches from your waist; eventually developing good heart health.

Kick-boxing: Love it how, as a result, the endorphins kick in, and that is how kick-boxing also makes you feel powerful and strong at the same time. In the end, you feel like you have done a good workout, and it also helps in taking out your anger and frustration in the right way.

Restorative yoga & stretching: Practising this one at home after a long tiring day at work gives you the relaxation and feeling that one usually gets after a good body massage. Also, it helps to improve posture and makes body flexible.

Walking: Have started to love this one lately because of the level of ease and simplicity it offers, as it can be done any time, anywhere. Doing a brisk walk while listening to your favourite podcast/ motivational speakers, etc. is a great pass time idea. Also, now gadgets help you keep a record of your steps to track your progress each day. Despite it being easiest, results are no less than any tougher physical activity with regard to fat loss and improved heart health.

Skipping rope: It makes you feel like you’re a kid once again with lots of energy who loves to play and have fun. It is a great form of workout, and doing it motivates one to practice more and become better at it with each passing day.

                   Get fit , stay fit.

       Fitness for a healthier you.

  • THE POINT OF EXISTENCE: Exploring Life’s Purpose.

THE POINT OF EXISTENCE: Exploring Life’s Purpose.

                  What’s the point of life

Unfair and difficult things will happen to you.

People will be mean to you. Loved ones will betray you. You will not get closure on ended relationships.

You will lose friends too soon. People who don’t deserve to get sick will get sick and leave you. People deserving of punishment will enjoy a life they didn’t earn.

Strangers will be nasty to you, and you will never see them again. Very bad things will happen to some of you.

Life is way more than the looks. Doesn’t matter if one is good looking or ugly, each and every person’s life is precious. It’s you who can make your life meaningful. It’s you who can make yourself happy. It’s you who will Always support you.

The society is sick and judgemental. No matter what you do, how you look,They’re always going to judge you. So,It’s better if people judging on the basis of looks are not in your life. It’s better to stay alone than staying with fake people.

Try to understand yourself first. What do you want in your life? What do you like? What do you hate? What’s your purpose in your life? How do you want to lead your life? Analyse your self. Never…. Never hate yourself. You deserve respect and love, not necessarily from others but definitely from you.

If you can’t find a vision to lead the life. Then, wait and try to make others life better. You will know yourself through others life.

Pick the hobbies which you left behind, work on yourself, Feed stray animals. Volunteer in NGOs, help the needy ones, teach the children whatever valuable you know etc.

Through this, you yourself will learn a lot in your journey and will be able to find a purpose for living the life.

    Life can be a burden.

It isn’t for wimps, the soft, or the faint of heart. It’s a raw game that dishes out raw deals on a daily basis.

But if you can accept the burdens willingly, if you can choose to learn from them, not to become bitter, to move forward, you will grow and find purpose.

If you can be strengthened by the series of storms that come your way, you will find that you have a life that is well worth living.

The point of life is to grow, connect, and find joy in the journey. It’s about learning from every experience, embracing challenges, and cultivating kindness, love, and positivity along the way. Life is a series of moments—live them with purpose and gratitude
